PROGRAM SELECTION & DETAILS

Listed below are our active programs available to book – if you are looking for a topic not currently listed, please reach out to czampini@delmns.org directly to discuss options.
Program Selection

ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL TIME

Museum is open from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please, be sure to take into account pick up time of buses and travel time as well. Guided programs will BEGIN 15 minutes following arrival and will last for 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted on your chosen program topic. If an earlier arrival/start time is desired than available from selection, or you would prefer to begin your guided program later than 15 minutes following arrival, please include this information in the “Any additional questions or concerns” field below.

APPROXIMATE DEPARTURE TIME

Departure time is the time the group will be leaving our campus. Please take into consideration that your program will last 1.5 hours (unless otherwise noted) and that you will need additional time to eat lunch and visit the gift shop if these options are chosen. We encourage you to begin exiting the building about 15 minutes in advance (at a minimum).

LUNCH/SNACK

We have limited lunch space options on-site: 1. [Year-round] Outdoor picnic areas (we have two) – highly encouraged as long as the weather permits 2. [Fall, Winter, Spring] two indoor classrooms that fit about 30 individuals each 3. [for small groups (fifteen or less participants)] We have a cafe, “Rest, Relax, Recharge” or our back patio 4. As most of these are dependent on weather – our final option is to eat on/in your transportation (on the buses for example)
Will your group eat lunch or a snack at the museum?

MUSEUM STORE / GIFT SHOP

Adults MUST chaperone children. Please, no more than 10 children at a time in the gift shop
Will your group visit the Museum Store?

GRANT FUNDING

If you are awarded grant-funding and are offered transportation reimbursement, please be sure to send education@delmns.org your Purchase Order (PO)/reciept for transportation so we can start the reimbursement process
