School Overnight Request Registration Form

A school overnight will begin at 7 p.m. and departure must be completed by 8 a.m. the following morning. A minimum fee of $1,250.00 is required to run a school overnight. Groups will pay a minimum fee of $1,250.00 in program registrants/add-ons, or will pay the price differential to meet this minimum amount due.
Please fill out the following form in order to request an overnight experience. You will hear back from the DelMNS Education Team within two weeks of completing and submitting your registration form. Thank you!

PROGRAM DETAILS

Overnights last from 7 p.m.-8 a.m. Enjoy an evening of exploring our exhibits, hands-on activities, live animal encounters, a movie before going to sleep and more. An energy bar and apple juice is provided in the morning.

How many total Children will you have? ($60 per student/participant)

How many Adults will you have? (Adults at a 10:1 ratio are free; Additional adults past this ratio are $45 per adult). Groups are required to bring enough adults to meet a 10:1 child to adult ratio. If your group cannot provide enough adults to meet this ratio, DelMNS will charge an additional $225 per additional staff we will need to provide to keep ratios within 10:1.

Do your students/participants have any accessibility needs that we should be aware of? (IE: ESL/ELL, non-verbal, mobility needs, special needs, etc.) With your guidance we can modify/accomodate for your learners

Will your party desire to visit the gift shop between 7-9 p.m.?
