ACCESS Delaware

Bring a valid Art-Reach ACCESS Card, Pennsylvania ACCESS Card or Delaware EBT Card with a photo ID to the front desk. One (1) EBT or ACCESS Card admits the cardholder and up to three (3) people at a rate of $2 per person. The person whose name appears on the EBT or ACCESS Card must be present to obtain the discount.

Museums for All

Upon the display of an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card, the individual and up to three additional people will get a discounted admission rate of $2 per person. The person whose name appears on the EBT card must be present to obtain the discount.

Bank of America Museums on Us

Free general admission to Bank of America cardholders on the first full weekend of each month (Saturday and Sunday). Photo ID with valid Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank (US Trust) credit or debit card must be presented. One free general admission is limited to individual cardholder.

Veterans

Veterans of the United States Armed Forces receive free admission to the museum. Valid ID is required, offer is only for the individual (other guests in the party must pay regular admission fees). Not applicable for special events.

Free general admission for members of Delaware Art Museum, Hagley Museum and Library, Mt. Cuba Center, Tyler Arboretum, and Winterthur Museum, Library, and Garden (Through May 21, 2023)

These organizations offered our members admission in 2021, so through May 21, 2023, we’re returning the favor. Members of these organizations should check in with their membership department for the code for online general admission registration and show their membership cards at the front desk.

Explore and Save

$2 off for members of Brandywine Valley organizations. Valid for adult general admission only. Available for members of Brandywine River Museum, Brandywine Zoo, Chester County History Center, Delaware Art Museum*, Delaware Contemporary, Longwood Gardens, Mt. Cuba Center*, Tyler Arboretum*, and Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library.

*Members of these organizations are also eligible for free general admission through May 21, 2023.

Reciprocal Museum organizations

Members of ASTC, NARM, and ROAM may receive general admission to DelMNS. Restrictions apply, please review specific information.

Members receive free or reduced admission to more than 350 Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) museums and facilities worldwide. Available only at level Two and above.

ASTC reciprocal program offers free or reduced general admission at participating museums. It does not include special events or programs. You must present your membership card and ID to receive benefits at ASTC museums.

Many ASTC museums within a 90-mile radius have restrictions. We recommend you call ahead to the museum you plan to visit to confirm benefits, and that members of other ASTC museums that may be restricted contact DelMNS to confirm benefits. Some restricted ASTC museums in our area include:

The Franklin Institute (DelMNS members do not get free admission to the Franklin Institute, so Franklin Institute members do not get free admission to DelMNS),

Maryland Science Center (DelMNS members residing in Maryland do not get free admission to the Maryland Science Center),

North Museum (DelMNS members residing in the Lancaster area do not get free admission to the North Museum).

The North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Association is an affiliation of over 1,000 arts, cultural, and historical institutions along with botanical gardens, children’s museums, science and technology centers and more, that offer their individual NARM qualified members reciprocal benefits in four North American countries. Members get FREE admission and discounts in museum stores. Available only at level Six and above.

NARM reciprocal program offers free or reduced general admission at participating cultural institutions. It does not include special events or programs. You must present your membership card and ID to receive benefits at NARM museums. Some museums have restrictions. We recommend you call ahead to the museum you plan to visit to confirm benefits. Some restricted NARM museums in our area include: Winterthur and Brandywine River Museum. DelMNS members do not get free admission to these museums, however, they may participate in the Explore and Save program for $2 off.

The Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM) program offers free or reduced general admission at participating museums. Other benefits include member shop discounts and may include access or special member pricing to member-only special events, lectures or exhibitions. Some museums have restrictions. Available only at level Six and above.
